This awesome company in the social services industry is looking for a talented and organized Office Manager. This position provides administrative support to the manager and office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to office and manager
  • Answer phones and greet customers
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Address equipment maintenance needs
  • Help coordinate calendar/schedule
  • Maintain office filing
  • Create error-free reports, paperwork and correspondence
  • Promote services and benefits
  • Assist planning and promoting member functions
  • Assist planning and promoting educational programs
  • Update marketing materials
  • Update website
  • Assist with member communication
  • Bookkeeping/Record keeping (Coordinated Efforts with Accountant)
  • Process routine transactions including: entering bills, printing checks, posting cash receipts and invoices charges
  • Prepare deposit slips
  • Print monthly Aged-Receivable Reports for manager
  • Input monthly industry fund hours
  • Maintains accounting files

Job Requirements:

  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of computer skills and social media platforms
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently to complete projects accurately, on time and with minimal supervision
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in to help with any tasks necessary to get the job done
