Description / Qualifications

Our client, and independent wealth management and financial planning firm in Verona, is looking for a part time office manager.

Duties:

  • Part time: 15-20 hours per week over 2-3 days per week.  Flexible work days.
  • $15-$20 per hour
  • Telephone:
    • Clients: inbound/outbound, answering questions, scheduling appointments, address changes etc
    • Investment companies: Verifying transactions, address changes, some trades if licensed.
  • New client onboarding: application completion, contact verification, thank you notes
  • Client meeting prep: running reports, preparing documents.
  • Data Entry: financial planning software.
  • Marketing strategies: Social media (posting articles on LinkedIn, Facebook) other strategies
  • General administrative activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Must past criminal background check and fingerprinting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Finance
  • Series 6/7/63/65 licenses, desired but not required
