Description / Qualifications

Our client in the Columbus area is seeking an experienced Office Manager for their team. This person will be responsible for all facets relating to office support and light accounting.

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Order office supplies when necessary
  • Organize and file paperwork
  • Coordinate office contracts for vendors (internet, phone, equipment, etc.)
  • Ensure office space is maintained, including cleaning the office, making coffee, etc.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with payroll
  • Oversee new employee paperwork, benefits information, and shop paperwork
  • Monitor shop safety, including overseeing third party program updates
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2-4 years of experience with AP/AR, specifically with Sage software
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Exceptional multitasking skills
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
