This insurance agency client of ours located on the East side is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate schedules and staffing of the agency
  • Understand products, procedures and best practices for promoting policy growth and retention
  • Schedule/confirm customer appointments
  • Assist with marketing and community events
  • Administer agency practices and procedures in support of our customers
  • Maintain information in the agency’s customer database for future follow up
  • Manage agency correspondence as required
  • Discuss insurance product offerings with current customers
  • Maintain high customer service standards to attract and retain customers
  • Advise customer of claims and billing policies and procedures as needed
  • Respond to inquiries, issues and complaints with information and empathy
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed in property and casualty in Wisconsin preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
