Job Responsibilities:

  • Assembling tax returns
  • Organizing & scanning tax records
  • Printing and binding financial statements
  • Proofing documents
  • Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable
  • Month-end statements
  • Contact for building suite issues
  • Coordinating recruiting program
  • Keeping CRM up to date
  • Help with answering phones and greeting customers
  • Taking notes during conference calls
  • Maintain e-mail groups
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Oversee daily workings of office
  • Coordinate office meetings and events

Job Requirments:

  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Strong computer and word processing skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint, and also Adobe
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly and effectively
