Our client is looking for a very strong customer service professional who enjoys phone work (not sales). This position will manage customer centered aspects of the company’s quality, operations, and improvement projects. This position will be responsible for promoting customer and team education to increase recommendation for both pharmacies and healthcare professionals. This also includes participation in process improvement and change management, which will promote a customer-focused culture of continuous learning and improvement.
