Our Registration Process


1. Your first step will be to submit your resume, which you can either upload to our web site or email to our office (See "Contact Us" page for email information).

2. If your background meets our qualifications, you will be contacted by one of our placement consultants and the two of you will discuss your resume and additional details regarding your job search.

3. You will then be scheduled for a time to visit one of our offices for your official registration and interview – which only takes about an hour and a half!  After your interview, you will be introduced to the rest of our staff.  We like to get to know our applicants, since we will all be working for you.

4. From the moment you are fully registered, you will have an active account with Drake & Company!  Any time our staff finds a position that would be a solid fit for you, we will contact you immediately and tell you all about it!  If you are interested, we will forward your resume to our client(s) and arrange a potential interview for you!

  • Our placement services are FREE OF CHARGE to our applicants!
  • We offer Direct-Hire, Temp-to-Hire and Temporary positions.
  • We assure confidentiality in your job search.
  • You are not exclusive with Drake & Company.  We encourage all of our applicants to continue their job searches on their own.
